OAG Art Center Kobe Montag, 15. Juli 2024, 15:00 - Dienstag, 16. Juli 2024, 18:00 Chihiro Murata: Exhibition “when it drops” (Rehearsal and Discussion)

The artist research unit 《neru》 (Nanao Tsukuda and Moe Shoji) will hold an experimental gathering featuring the works of Chihiro Murata. The event will involve the rehearsal for the exhibition and discussion among the artist and the audience. Murata, who primarily works with the medium of textile and dyeing, will explore an experimental display of both past works and recent creations. On the second day of the exhibition, a discussion will be held on the topic of constructing an exhibition and the distance between the artwork and the viewers.
(The discussion will be primarily in Japanese, but English support is available if required.)
